Cardio - for the betterment of our heart.


Cardio means cardiovascular exercises. It is very important these days as it keeps the most precious organ of our body safe. From a statistics it is known that each day 2500 Americans die because of heart attack and other heart disease. People of the world especially Americans are overweight and it is a must to control their weight. People are so busy that they could not get time to do exercise. But for our own sake we have to do some exercises. If you cannot go to gym to do strength training that’s okay but try to do some cardio daily. Actually cardio is that type of exercise which keeps oxygen supply to our blood at a very good level which in terms helps to burn fat. Thus cardio helps us to lose weight. Most effective way to lose weight is to control hunger. Eating a lot of healthy high-fiber foods can control your hunger. When a food is undergone processing, it loses almost all the fibers it contain. So white bread and boiled rice are not good for us. This post is written from personal experience. The benefits of walking need no telling. We become frustrated after doing some hard exercises. To make our weird shaped body toned, fit and healthy we are ready to do anything. But the people who are overweight cannot think simple things as their mind also things about some overweight exercises. Because of not having proper diet and exercises our present generation is becoming unfit and lazy. Today I will discuss about a very important and true exercise which can trim our fat bodies to a thin and nice one. And this significant exercise is most easy and its name is walking. 

Benefits of walking: 

One of the most effective exercises in the world is walking. After doing a lot of hard work for losing fat you feel too much tired and lose interest to all kinds of works in the later part of the day. If you are a student then it is awful. You lose all the strength to study and consequently you have to give up all these hard work and gym workouts. But if you only walk for 30-45 minutes a day you can have great results. 

1. Walking helps us to lose fat in a steady way. It is to be informed that the steadier you are the more the chances you will have to win the race. Walking brings the same results and it doesn't make you feel that tired. And you can do your routine works with vigor and joy.

2. By walking for only 45 minutes a day you can lose 5-7 kilograms of weight within 2 months. It is true and I lose my weight by walking only.

  • At first drop the traditional 3 meals a day type diet. Eat as much as you can but make the proper division of your meals .When you eat 3 meals a day, the starvation mechanism bring about the muscle burning and feeds the fat cells every three hours. So avoid 3 big meals a day rather take divided meals. Convert 3 meals a day to 6 meals a day. 
  • Take carbohydrates regularly in your daily food consumption. Take very low amount of carbohydrate but not completely cut it down from your meals. 
  • Take the natural carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables. Avoid processed carbohydrate like sweets made from sugar.  
  • Eat frequent meals having proteins and less carbs. This protein increases the testosterone hormone which helps to reduce the belly fat.
  • Do not forget to take breakfast. If you don't take breakfast then your muscle will start to burn and you will keep your fat intact. 
  • Differentiate between your dietary fats and body fats. Sometimes it is necessary to have fats to keep your testosterone level in a good condition. Try to have fish oil and beans. Some fatty acids are very much necessary to stop body fat accumulation. Omega 3 fatty acid is that kind of things which not only stop accumulation of body fat but also prevents the obesity.
  • Avoid trans fat as they cause many kinds of cardiovascular diseases and promote cholesterol by increasing fats and blocking the arteries. 
  • Never eat meals having merely carbohydrate. Eat meals having a lot of protein with some carbohydrate. After having a hard exercise, eat a meal having a lot of carbs and proteins. Think carbs as an energy source and use them only when you need them. 
  • Diet is a single element which can reduce fat. So apply diet with necessary physical exercise. Have the diet foods regularly.

  • Try to have some simple workouts at first. 
  • To have good results try to do some push ups daily which will increase stamina by which you will get energy to perform other hard exercises easily.
  • Have some belly exercises like crunches. 
  • For reducing belly fat try to pull up your knees up to your chest and try to hold it there for a second and slowly release it. It will reduce your belly fat. You can do the above mentioned exercise by using a inclined bench.

To reduce belly fat we have to follow some simple rules which are not hard to do but very effective. We have to keep in mind that any kind of cardio/aerobics can help you reducing fats all over from your body.
