5 Things that Cause Fat

What are the things that can make our body fat? Let's find out:

1. Lack of Sleep
Metabolic processes can work well if your body gets enough rest. If you lack of rest, the body can stressed that cause chemical reactions in the bodyincreases, this will stimulate the emergence of appetite. Some people believe that eating before bedtime will make you sleep better, but the truth is you're saving the fat in your body. Therefore, go to sleep about 8 hours a day.

2. Heavy Stress
Stress also able to become contributing factor to weight gain. If you stressed, some people have a tendency to run on the food. This is because food, especially those containing elements of a high carbohydrate, can increase levels of serotonin in the brain, causing a calming effect. Therefore, if you're stressed, find other activities to suppress it, for example with exercise.

3. The Effect of Drugs
The effects of each drug is different for consumers. There are effects that can cause sleepiness, increased appetite, convert the blood sugar into fat, and so on. Therefore, do not forget to always consult with a physician about medications and vitamins you consume.

4. Health Problems
Any other cause why the body easily stretched is hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a disorder of the body caused by insufficient production of thyroid hormones in the body. Thyroid deficiency can causing substandard body metabolism, decreased appetite, and increased body weight. Symptoms of these disorders are easily tired and lethargic, hoarseness, flu, easy drowsiness, and headache. If you are having those symptoms, see a doctor immediately.

5. Menopause
After menopause, women are no longer as strong as when she was young. the body's metabolism slows down and hormonal system changes (diminishing estrogen), causing excessive appetite, depression, and even lack of sleep. Therefore, it is highly recommended from now, before the menopause arrives, every woman should have a regular exercise time. Besides good for health, fitness, maintaining body weight remained stable, diligent exercise can also strengthen your bones.
