8 Bad Habits that Beneficial

Not all habits are considered bad are always negative implications for one's life. There was also a bad habit that would provide benefits, as explained below:

1. Drinking Coffee


We've all heard that too much coffee can be bad for you, but there is also evidence to suggest that coffee may help manage your mood. Caffeine will activate brain chemicals like dopamine and serotonin which can improve mood, thus providing a major boost when you need it. Recent studies have even found that women who drank two to three cups of coffee per day had a 15 percent lower risk of depression. However, researchers do not recommend drinking more than one cup a day, while those who never drank coffee advised not to try it.

2. Drinking Beer


Perhaps many people will be pleased to hear that drinking beer good for heart. Beer contains antioxidants to nourish and strengthen bones because of its rich mineral content of silicon. Black beer contains much iron and can also help increase good cholesterol. To get the benefits, researchers suggest to drink one beer per day (or less).

3. Chewing Gum


The habit of chewing gum can help improve short and long-term memory (even though researchers are not sure why this happened). But one thing is for sure, chewing gum can help you lose a little weight by helping you feel fuller. Make sure you choose a sugar-free gum to protect teeth from decay.

4. Not Taking Vitamins


Do not worry if you forget to take a multivitamin for a day or two. Research has shown that people who often take vitamins actually have unhealthy habits. Received a daily multivitamin on a regular basis will not make you protected from the disease, you should focus on yourself to get the vitamin through a healthy diet.

5. Lazed


Try to waste time and do something that makes you laugh, like reading funny comic or watching a comedy show on TV. Results of research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine found that when people are relaxed and watching a funny movie, their blood vessels dilated by more than 50 percent than watching a suspenseful movie. Laughter also triggers healthy chemicals that help ease the pain and make you feel better.

6. Spending Time By Online


According to BBC News, using the internet to activate the brain involved in decision-making and complex reasoning. Surfing the internet can help certain areas of the brain to improve function and develop your reasoning skills.

7. Angry


Although anger is closely related to the risk of depression, but emotion is not entirely bad. In fact, anger can actually help you create a better decision, control the situation and be more efficient in dealing with some problem. Research has shown that anger can reduce the negative effects of stress, which increases heart rate and hormone release. Consider angry as a way for your body to release stress in a healthy way.

8. Crying


Crying can make yourself more loose and allow yourself to be realistic about the actual conditions rather than continue to try to keep going all the time. One study found that newlyweds who are trying to stay positive and do not care about the plight that happened likely to experience symptoms of depression in later life. Allow yourself to be realistic or even sad for your situation will be much better than having to hold back your emotions.
